Paolo started his career at the Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) where he later took responsibility of the International Private Banking division in Monaco. After 25 years in the banking sector, Paolo co-founded Victoria Capital Management Ltd in 2015.
Nicolas Bathfield
(Head of Wealth Management)
Nicolas graduated with a Master in Banking and Finance. After a short experience at a French bank, he joined the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd where he spent 5 years as a Portfolio Manager. He later took the responsibility of the External Asset Manager division for another 5 years. Nicolas joined Victoria Capital Management in 2019 and heads the Wealth Management Division.
Alexandre Ducler des Rauches
(Senior Wealth Manager)
Alexandre holds a Master in Finance and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. He started his career in the Investment Management division of a bank, and then moved to the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd to join the External Asset Manager team as a Relationship Manager. Alexandre joined the Wealth Management team at VCM in 2019 as a Senior Wealth Manager.
Patrick Belcourt
(Senior Wealth Manager)
Patrick holds a Master in Socio-Economics. He spent 12 years in the banking sector in France, and came back to Mauritius to manage the International Private Banking team at the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd. Patrick joined VCM in 2020 as a Private Wealth Manager.
Shaheel Dilloo

Shaheel holds a BSC in Management and Finance from the University of Mauritius. After working in the banking and offshore industry, he joined the Asset Management team of VCM in 2016 as a Fund Accountant and Administrator.
Zainah Shadoobucus
(Fund Admin)
Zainah joined as an intern in October 2019, and is currently pursuing her studies in Business Management at the Open University of Mauritius.

Vanessa holds a Master in Banking and Finance. She worked for a European Investment Bank for a few years, and then joined the Harel Mallac group for 6 years where she held various management positions. Vanessa recently joined the VCM team in September 2020 as a Commercial Manager.

OUR STORY
With more than 50 years of combined experience, the founding members of Victoria Capital Management (Olivia Di Giovanni, Paolo Di Giovanni and Rocco Fortugno) create a “boutique” wealth advisory firm in 2015 in Mauritius. The group has the fundamental purpose of answering the needs of a private clientele by offering them wealth management, succession planning, and tax services.
VCM subsequently creates its asset management business to broaden the initial private wealth offering, while also providing financing solutions to institutional investors.
The group’s main objective is to put at the disposal of its clients all the technical skills and expertise of the team, which represent the pillars of the group’s success. In 2017, VCM opens offices in Monaco to expand its reach towards an international clientele.
